The project, concerning paintings, video and poetry, wants to explore the world of bees with a sensitive approache naturally inspired by this little creatures each one part of an unique big soul. 

I was fascinated by their complex world and I tried to feel them through meditation and contemplation. Observing them flying I could feel their intense love for flowers. Through them I could perceive a deeper connection with the sacred natural world. They are so delicated and pure and at the same time so powerful!

In my paintings I chose to work on exagon shapes reminding to the idea of the beehive cells.

I would create an "Imaginary Garden", an ideal place where bees can love their flowers in peace and where people can contemplate, respect and love the bees. The paintings aim to sensibilize people to the beauty of the relationship with nature and to the importance of preservation of a species that is so precious and delicate. The work also talks metaphorically about the possibility in everyone to find a place deep inside to virtually take care of an imaginary garden where love and harmony can bloom. It is still a work in progress and I'm working on it at the moment.

The video titled "Wandering in the Bee Time" represents a connection, almost untouchable and suspended, with bees, a wander in a shared time beyond the time and wants to talk through natural feelings rising from this sensitive meeting. Images and sounds invite the viewer to let himself float in this candid, tender and sacred moment 

A poem on the issue accompanies the video as an invisible breathing coming in and out from the beehive always leading the bee in her flight.
